The Sprint Corporation is planning to shut off broadband access to more than 300,000 vulnerable Americans next month, according to a lawsuit filed today in Massachusetts. The lawsuit was filed in state court by nonprofit organizations that provide broadband service to under-resourced communities across the nation for just $10 a month.
